摘要
随着社会经济的不断增长,民营企业的地位日益突出。从山西民营企业实际情况出发,对其管理创新的问题进行了分析和研究,以期为山西民营经济持续健康的发展提供借鉴。
With the continuous growing of the society and economy, the position of private enterprises is more and more important. Starting from the actual situation of private enterprises in Shanxi Province, the paper makes the analysis and research on the problem of management innovation of private enterprises for providing references for the sustainable and healthy development of private economy of Shanxi.
