摘要
民营企业是山西经济和社会发展的重要组成部分,民营企业的社会责任关系到山西经济更好的发展与和谐社会的构建,虽然山西民营企业的社会责任感在不断增强,但是就现状来看,仍然存在很多不足之处,需要包括企业自身在内的社会各界的共同努力,来推动山西民营企业社会责任的建设。文章主要是对山西民营企业履行社会责任的现状进行分析,找出其存在问题进而解决问题。
The private enterprise is the important ingredient of ecnomy and social development of shanxi province.The social obligation of private enterprise concerns for the evelopment of harmonious society and booming economy.There are still some deficiency in private enterprise, So more attention has to be paid to the social obligation fulfillment the paper mainly makes discussion of the current status of private enterprise and finds solution to the problems.
