摘要
农业社会化服务体系是提高农业生产力水平和推进农村经济全面发展的基本保障。广东省农业社会化服务体系很不完善,主要表现在农业生产服务体系相对落后、农业科技水平不高、农业基础设施建设落后、职业农民缺乏以及农业金融服务体系不健全等方面。为完善广东新型农业社会化服务体系,当务之急要以科技保障生产服务、以补贴夯实基础设施、以财政支持扩大教育供给以及以政策引导加强金融服务。
The socialized service system of agriculture in Guangdong Province is not perfect and mainly showed as follows： the relatively backward agricultural productive system, the lower level of agricultural technology, the agricultural infrastructure backwardness and the lack of financial services. To improve the new socialized service system of agriculture, the government should take such measures as guaranteeing the agricultural production in technology, strengthening the infrastructure in fiscal subsidies, increasing the input in education and improving the banking services.
