摘要
通用性是目前自动测试系统(ATS)的发展方向。从基于消息、寄存器、驱动函数3种控制方式对仪器测试进行介绍、分析,同时结合通用性和开放性,对综合ATE自动测试系统设计进行深入的探讨。
General utility is the development trend of ATS design. In this paper, the 3 kinds of control methods are introduced and analyzed based on message, register, and driver function. Contemporary, combined with general utility and opening, the design of ATS test system, which is discussed deeply.
