BMPR-IB基因对萨湖F_1、F_2母羊繁殖性能的影响

Effect of the BMPR-IB Genotypes on the Reproductive Performance of Suffolk × Hu Ewes

摘要 以萨福克羊和湖羊杂交F1和F2母羊耳组织为实验材料,应用PCR-RFLP检测BMPR-IB基因,分析不同基因型母羊的产羔性能。结果表明,BMPR-IB基因B+和BB基因型与母羊高繁殖性能相关,杂交代数不影响母羊产羔率(P>0.05)。 BMPR-IB genotypes were detected to analyze its association with the reproductive performance in F1 and F2ewes of Suffolk × Hu sheep by PCR-RFLP method.The results showed the high prolific ability of ewes had association with homozygous and heterozygous in BMPR-IB gene.The number of crossing generations had no association with lambing rate(P〉0.05.)
