绵羊产羔性状主效基因研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 BMPR-IB、BMP15、GDF9基因是影响绵羊多胎性状的主效基因,目前已经报道的多胎品种都是由于BMPR-IB基因的FecB突变,BMP15基因的FecXI和FecXH、FecXG,FecXB突变,以及GDF9基因的FecGH突变所造成的。还有一些品种未能确定主效基因和突变。本文综述了国内外研究现状,并提出应加强地方多胎品种的分子遗传机制研究,以有利于地方品种的保护和利用。
