摘要
空间电力负荷分析是对指定区域内电力负荷的大小、分布及其发展趋势等特点的描述与刻画。这种分析是以供电小区划分为基础而展开的。针对如何划分供电小区及其会给空间电力负荷分析带来哪些影响的问题,提出在地理信息系统环境下电力负荷空间分辨率的概念,并分别讨论空间分辨率与负荷同时率、电网规划目标、空间电力负荷预测方法、负荷预测误差之间的关系。提出最佳电力负荷空间分辨率的获取方法。得出所用空间分辨率决定了空间电力负荷分析方法的适用范围及其应用效果的结论。实例分析表明,文中所给空间分辨率获取方法和相应结论是正确的。
Spatial electric load analysis describes the magnitude, distributing and developing trend of the electric load in the appointed area. The analysis progresses bases on the division of service utility area. For the questions of dividing the appointed area into small area and the influence it will bring for the spatial electric load analysis, the conception of electric load spatial resolution in geographic information system was brought forward, the relation of spatial resolution, coincidence factor, aim of power system planning, spatial load forecasting methods, and the error of forecasting results was discussed. The principle of acquiring optimum spatial resolution was presented. The conclusion that applicability and effect of spatial load forecasting are decided by spatial resolution was deduced. The analysis of example shows that the principle of spatial resolution and the correlative conclusions are correct.
