摘要
本文讨论了配电网规划中空间负荷预测的聚类综合方法与合理空间分解等两个问题。聚类综合方法以小区负荷及相关因素的历史统计数据为基础,综合运用几何聚类与模糊聚类的方法理论,根据小区特征对其进行分类,建立小区分类截面数学模型,实现空间负荷预测。本文采用傅立叶变换,根据Shannon采样定理,探讨了选择能够提供足够信息的最小空间分解或最大小区面积的新方法。
Cluster multi-small area forecasting and spatial resolution identification in spatial load forecasting for electrical distribution planning is discussed in this paper. Firstly, based on the statistical data of loads and other factors of all small areas in the distribution region, small areas can be classified into several divisions. Then section math models are to be built for each division and proceed to forecast the future load of each small area in a cer- tain division. Secondly, spatial resolution identification is probed by applying Fourier Transformation and Shannon sampling theory.
