摘要
为了治理城市生活垃圾对环境造成的臭气污染,采用合适的分离方法从环境中分离出降氨菌和降硫化氢菌各2株。在实验室条件下,通过初筛与复筛相结合的方法获得了对氨的去除率达85%以上、对硫化氢的去除率达60%以上的菌株。对有效菌株进行垃圾除臭试验,采用对比试验方法检验除臭效果。结果表明,除臭菌株在24 h内可有效减少垃圾产生的恶臭。与对照相比,恶臭明显降低2个臭味等级。
To treat the stench pollution of urban domestic waste on environment,two decreasing ammonia strains and two decreasing hydrogen sulfide strains were separated from the environment.In the laboratory condition,through the early screening and complex combination method of screening,the strains that had above 85% removal rate for ammonia and above 60% removal rate for hydrogen sulfide were obtained.The deodorization experiment was conducted to the effective strains,and then the deodorization effect was determined by comparative experimental method.The results showed that the deodorization strains can effectively decrease the stench of rubbish within 24 hours,which obviously decreased two 2 stink levels in comparison with control.
