摘要
恶臭是一种感觉公害,其产生的嗅觉危害,影响着人们的身体健康和生活的安宁舒适。该文对恶臭化合物的两种主要测试方法,即感官测试法和仪器分析法,进行了较为全面的阐述,并在此基础上概要地列出了恶臭的各种治理技术。
Smell is a kind of social pollution that can be felt by human sense organ. Its harmfulness is not only negative effection on the public but on the quality of life as well. In this paper, two main testing methods of smell, i.e. sensory testing method and instrument-analysis method were reviewed, and various treatment techniques were described briefly.
