摘要
创新项目能否顺利实施与项目管理有重要关系。对烟草企业在创新项目管理过程中存在的主要问题及其产生的原因进行了分析,提出了健全科研考核评价体系、完善项目立项评审制度、强化项目实施过程管理、优化成果评价机制、提升项目管理人员的管理水平等对策,以进一步完善管理机制、提高管理效能,通过优化创新项目管理进而促进企业长远蓬勃发展。
The smooth implementation of innovation projects has an important relationship with project management.This paper analyzed the main problems and causes in the innovation project management of tobacco enterprises,and put forward some countermeasures to further improve the management mechanism and improve the management efficiency from the aspects of perfecting the scientific research assessment and evaluation system,perfecting the project approval and evaluation system,strengthening the scientific research project process management,improving the achievement evaluation mechanism,and improving the management level of project managers,et al.By optimizing innovative project management,the long-term vigorous development of enterprises can be promoted.
