东莨菪碱对重型颅脑损伤的保护作用及预后影响的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过对血清相关指标的分析,研究东莨菪碱对重型颅脑损伤的保护作用,同时观察东莨菪碱对重型颅脑损伤的预后影响。方法:选择确诊为重型创伤性脑损伤患者87例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组42例采用常规外科治疗,观察组45例在常规外科治疗的基础上加用东莨菪碱治疗,比较两组患者治疗后12h、24h、48h、72h血清SOD、GPx和MDA水平,并根据GOS标准,比较两组患者治疗6个月后的临床疗效。结果:治疗72h后,两组患者血清SOD、GPx和MDA水平比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组患者优良率和死亡率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后使用东莨菪碱静脉推注治疗,可减轻脑组织损伤,促进脑组织的恢复,提高临床治疗效果,此方法安全有效,值得临床广泛推广。 Objective:Through the analysis of relevant indicators on the serum,studying the effect of scopolamine on severe head injury and observing the prognosis of scopolamine on severe head injury.Method:Collect 87 patients with severe head injury,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.42 patients with conventional surgical treatment were divided into control group,45 patients with scopolamine and conventional surgical treatment were divided into observation group,then compare the serum SOD,GPx,and MDA levels after 12h,24h,48h,72h treatment and the clinical effect after 6 months treatment according to GOS standards.Result:There was a significant statistical significance(P〈0.05) in the serum SOD,GPx,and MDA levels after 72h treatment;There was a significant statistical significance(P〈0.05) in the mortality rate and good rate after 6 months treatment.Conclusion:Useing scopolamine intravenous injection therapy after surgery,it could reduce brain damage,promote recovery of brain tissue,increase the clinical therapeutic effects,the method is safe,effective and should be widely promoted.
