摘要
通过金相、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析和力学性能检测,研究了稀土Ce对1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢力学性能的影响。在相同的热处理工艺条件下,分别加入不同含量的稀土Ce,与不添加稀土Ce的1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢的力学性能进行比较。研究结果表明:稀土Ce加入量在适当的范围内可显著提高不锈钢的强度、塑性、冲击韧性。当稀土Ce的质量分数为0.016%时,1Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢可获得最佳的综合力学性能。
Effects of rare earth Ce on the hardness, strength, ductility and impact toughness of 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N stainless steel was studied through mechanical performance testing, metallographic, SEM and EDS. The mechanical properties of 1Cr18MnSNi5N stainless steel with different contents of Ce were compared with those of the 1Cr18MnSNi5N stainless steel without Ce addition under the same heat treatment process. The results show that the hardness, strength, ductility and impact toughness of 1Cr18MnSNi5N stainless steel are obviously improved when added a proper content o{ RE Ce element. The 1CrlSMnSNiSN stainless steel with RE Ce element of 0. 016% in mass fraction has the best mechanical properties.
