摘要
太钢4 350 m3高炉通过提升原燃料质量管理,采取高富氧率大炉腹煤气量操作下控制合理的煤气流分布、稳定燃料比和加强炉前作业等生产操作规程,使高炉利用系数逐步提高。2008-12后实现高炉有效容积利用系数2.40 t/(m3.d)以上,炉缸截面积利用系数达66.0 t/(m2.d)以上。
Since December 2008, under high oxygen enrichment and high coal injection operation, the productivity of TISCO 4 350 m^3 blast furnace(BF) was over 2.40 t/(m^3· d) and hearth sectional area capacity factor is over 66.0 t/(m^3·d) by improving management of the charge raw material and fuel, controlling a reasonable gas distribution, keeping fuel ratio steady, and enhancing easthouse operation.
