摘要
介绍了11号高炉使用多种烧结矿,尤其是炉料结构发生频繁变化时,对高炉顺行的影响,同时对高炉不接受压差的原因,壁体温度和炉体热负荷波动产生的原因进行了分析,并提出炉料结构发生变化后应采取的操作制度。
The paper introduces the effect of the burden structure on blast furnace smooth operation as using many kinds of sinter ore, especially while the frequent changes taken place in the burden sructure in No. 11 BF of Angang. At the same time, the reasons of unacceptable pressure drop in BF and those occuring of temperature fluctuation of the furnace wall and thermal load fluctuation of the furnace body are analyzed. As a result, the operation regime which should be adopted after changing burden sructure is put forward.
