摘要
该文就土地整理与土地利用总体规划的协调和土地整理与土地制度改革的关系进行了探讨。
Presently the Landrearrangements is being experimented in China. This article tries to deal with the harmony between land rearrangements and the general landusage planning as well as the relationship between the Landrearrangements and the reform of the Land system.
