摘要
烤烟新品系金烟6 号是通过植物基因工程途径选育而成.以外源紫云英 D N A 为供体,通过花粉管途径直接导入烤烟品种 Co Ker319,处理的烟株后代部分根系出现结“瘤”现象.经测定,该瘤缺少血红蛋白,不能固 N.随着种植代数增加,结“瘤”现象逐渐消失,现只保留部分根尖膨大特征.经处理的烟株后代地上部生长旺盛,形态及生理特征与对照 Co Ker319 都有一定差异,并从中选育出优质(特别是香气质好,香气量大)、适产、抗病、适应性广、抗逆性强的烤烟新品系金烟6 号.
By means of gene engineering of plant, exogenous DNA from milk vetch was directly induced into tobacco variety CoKer319 through pollen tube. Nodulation was found in some roots of its progenies, but the nodules could not fix nitrogen due to lack of hemoglobin. In the latter generations the nodulation gradually disappeared but some root tips remained swollen. The above ground parts of the progenies of treated tobacco grew vigorously and their morphological and physiological characteristics were different from the control, CoKer319. From those progenies, Golden Tobacco Ⅵ, a new tobacco line, was selected and bred, which possessed high quality (aromatic), high productivity, disease resistance, extensive adaptability and high tolerance
