摘要
研究了Al-Si中间合金的熔制工艺,对比了不同工艺制备的Al-Si中间合金的质量,分析了影响Al-Si中间合金质量的因素,结合生产实践提出了一套优化的制备工艺,满足了生产要求。
The melting processes of Al-Si master alloy have been investigated. The quality of the Al-Si master alloy produced by different processes has been analyzed. A set of optimized process was put forward and catered for the production.
