摘要
通过天丝针织衫尺寸设计以及编织工艺设计,并在电脑横机上进行编织,总结了编织要点,对所设计针织衫的悬垂性、缩水率、起毛起球性、顶破强力、透湿量、透气量、刚柔性(滑出长度)等服用性能进行测试。采用NaOH、三聚氯氰对β-CD环糊精进行改性,对天丝针织衫进行清新整理的配方为:改性β-CD环糊精(阴离子型)8%～12%(owf)、元明粉60 g/L、苏打20 g/L。开发出耐洗50次后清新依旧的天丝针织衫。
In this paper,we designed the size and knit technique of the lyocell sweater felicitously,and knited it by computer knitting machine.The performance of drapability,shrinkage,pilling,break strength,moisture,ventilation and flexibility were tested.The β-cyclodextrin was modificated with NaOH and cyanuric chloride.The knitting was finished with MCT-β-CDs 8% ～ 12%（owf）,glauber salt 60 g/L、soda 20 g/L,which can wash at least 50 cycles.
