摘要
众所周知,氨纶纤维具有极高的弹性和延伸性,是生产优质弹性织物的纺织原料.目前市场上已出现了许多氨纶针织制品,但大多用于内衣及服饰辅料.我们开发了几种用于针织外衣和时装主料的氨纶纬编产品,经过设计和试织,取得了成功,且深受客户欢迎,目前已正式投入批量生产.
Three weft-knitted spandex fabrics used for apparel are designed. The insertion of spandex yarn and its tension control are analysed and a tentative inqiry into the dyeing and finishing process of spandex knits is made as well.
