摘要
目的:探讨保护心肌治疗对海洛因依赖者脱毒期间心肌酶谱变化的影响,为临床戒毒治疗提供指导。方法:将120例海洛因依赖者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均给予戒断综合治疗,治疗组在戒断综合治疗的基础上给保护心肌的药物,分别对两组进行戒毒期间24h、72h及168h时的心肌酶谱-天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(AST、LDH、CPK、CK-MB、HBDH)监测,对上述指标进行统计学检验。结果:两组在三个时间点上心肌酶均有所差异,但各酶的差异程度因时间点及酶的不同而不一致,除AST外,均有不同程度的影响。结论:在戒毒早期对海洛因依赖者实施保护心肌治疗,可以减轻其心肌损害。
Objective：To explore the change of serum myocardial enzyme during detoxification in heroin addicts Methods：80 heroin addicts were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 40 each. All cases were given usual detoxification treatment .Above all,the treatment group were given treatment for the myoca-dium.Serum creatinc kinase （CK）,creatine kinase and myocardial myoglobin isoenzyme（CK-MB）,lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）,α -hydrooxybutryrate de-hydrogenase（α-HBDH） and aspartate transaninme （AST） were exarni ned respectively at 24h,72h,and168h after detoxification by using automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results： The level of CK, CK-MB,LDH,and a -HBDH were different at three time points and the differences were depended by the time points and the kind of enzyme.Conclusion：Heroin addicts after detoxification given treatment for the myoeardium have fewer damage.
