摘要
对褐铁矿烧结的合理工艺参数进行了研究,结果表明:褐铁矿烧结适合较低的负压,燃料配比和水分值都有个合适值,并且合适水分和燃料值随褐铁矿配比的增加而增加。随着烧结矿碱度的提高,在任何褐铁矿的配比下,烧结的各项指标和烧结矿强度都随之变好,这是因为碱度的提高使得烧结矿中的铁酸钙增加,烧结矿的还原性、转鼓强度和成品率都得到了改善。
The reasonable sintering process parameters of limonite are studied in this paper.The results show that sintering of limonite is suitable to lower negative pressure.Both proportioning of fuel and moisture have a suitable value.And suitable moisture and fuel value increase with the increase of proportioning of limonite.With the increase of sinter basicity,every index of sinter and sinter strength become better no matter what proportioning of limonite is.As a result,the calcium ferrite in sinter increases,reducibility,tumbler strength and production yield of sinter are all improved.
