摘要
邯钢援助越南太原钢厂进行烧结机改造,并针对越南太钢的烧结机进行了越南褐铁矿烧结试验研究,通过不同褐铁矿配比烧结试验,并分析了试验结果,结合褐铁矿烧结性能,找出了合适的生产工艺参数,并成功的应用在越南太钢实际生产中。褐铁矿配比达到3 7 . 7%,并且利用系数达到1 . 2 6t/ (m2 ·h)。
The sinter plant of Thai Nguyensteel in Viet Nam were improved by Handansteel of China. Based on sintering machine of Thai Ngyuensteel, sintering test with proportioning different limonite rate were studied. The study results and mineralogy of sinter were analyzed in detail, and connected with sinter properties of limonite, the optimized process parameters were determined. The test results has been adopted in sinter production, limonite proportioning rate in mix has accomplished to 37.7%, sinter productivity has accomplished to 1.26 t/(m2·h).
