摘要
为了解决食用菌生产中栽培废料的再利用问题,基于线虫能取食真菌菌丝体和分泌胞外酶的特性,进行了用线虫转化平菇栽培废料为饲料的初步研究。实验结果表明,拟松材线虫(Bursaphelenchusmucronatus)能将废料中的粗纤维含量降低42.2%,而粗蛋白含量提高80.1%。用转化饲料制成的混合饲料饲养家兔,每只兔平均每月增重0.52kg。
In order to utilize the wastes of Pleurolus ostrestus culture
medium, based on the characteristic of nematodes secreting extracellar enzymes and eating
mycelia. A experiment of using nematode to degrade and convert wastes of P.ostreatus
culture medium into feed was done. The result showed that inoculated nematodes into the
medium after harverting mushroom, after 14d, crude protein content was raised by 80.1% and
the crude cellulose content decreased by 42.2% in the medium wastes. Feeding rabbit with the
converting feed, the rabbit weighty incrised by an average of 0.52kg a month.
