摘要
5颗要求修复的患牙,折断面均位于牙槽嵴顶或牙槽嵴顶以下2mm内,断牙保存完整且能基本复位。在牙周翻瓣术结合骨成形术下,实行冠根折的前牙断牙再接术。5例患者追踪观察平均12个月(10～31个月)后术牙牙龈健康、美观、稳定。
5 cases with fractured anterior tooth were treated by periodontal flap surgery in combination with reataehment of fractured fragments. The patients were followed up for 10 -31 months. All the teeth were retained with satisfactary appearence and function.
