摘要
目的探讨青少年恒前牙外伤的原因、临床特点,更好地指导青少年恒牙保健。方法对1995～2006年间在本科就诊的128例儿童恒前牙外伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查,分析其外伤类型、外伤原因、受伤方式、伤牙数目、外伤后就诊时间等。在此基础上总结其发病规律。结果8～10岁受伤人数最多,男女比例1.98∶1,在各种类型的外伤中,以冠折为最多见;外伤后多在2小时以上,24小时以内就诊。结论应加强青少年保健知识的普及,防止恒牙外伤的发生。一旦发生牙外伤,应及早治疗。
Objective To explore the causes responsible for trauma to the permanent anterior teeth and its clinical features among children in order to guide the healthy care of permanent teeth in a better way. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 128 children cases with trauma to the permanent anterior teeth, treated in our Hospital from 1995 to 2006. Careful analysis was made to their clinical data including the type, cause and mode of trauma to the permanent teeth, the number of tramnatic teeth, and the time gap to consult a doctor following the tramna. Then, a summary was made to discuss the regularity of this kind of condition. Results This condition most frequently occurred among children aged 8 to 10 years old, with a sexratio about 1.98 to 1. Among the all types of permanent anterior teeth tramna, coronal reak was the most commonly seen one. The cases with such a kind of teeth tramna usually came to a consultation within 2 to 24 hours after the tramna. Conclusions Conduct and popularization of knowledge about healthy care of teeth should be promoted strongly among children and teenagers to prevent tramna to permanent teeth from occurring. Once teeth tramna occurred, one should go to see a doctor as soon as possible.
