不同时间和方式去除根管内塑化物的实验研究 被引量:6

An experimental study of different times and methods to remove the resinified materials in canals

摘要 目的:比较不同时间和方式去除根管内塑化物的能力和效率,探寻最佳的去除根管内塑化物的方式和方法。方法:120个塑化根管随机分成即刻去除和延迟去除2组;即刻去除组包括A即刻组:H型锉和酚克除去除根管内塑化物及A超声组:A组加超声波荡洗;延迟去除组即根管内封入酚克除棉球4、6、8、24、48h后、H型锉和酚克除去除根管内塑化物的B4、B6、B8、B24、B48组及相应的B4超声、B6超声、B8超声、B24超声和B48超声组。通过记录达到根管工作长度的平均操作时间、液体用量和根管内残留物情况评价根管内塑化物的疏通效果。结果:各组均能使根管再通且去除塑化物的能力相似;即刻去除组的操作时间、液体用量与延迟去除组的4h相似,但多于延迟去除其他各组且均有统计学差异(P<0.05);应用超声波荡洗较不应用超声波组在去除根管内残留物方面更有效;延迟去除组中除4h外其他各组去除根管内塑化物的操作时间、液体用量相似,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:酚克除封入根管后的6~8h及同时辅以超声波荡洗是去除根管内塑化物的最佳时间和方式。 Objective:To evaluate the ability and efficiency of methods to prepare the resinified teeth.Methods:120 resinified teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group Ⅰthe immediate treatment,GroupⅡ the delayed treatment.GroupⅠincludes Group Aim:Resosolv with H files;GroupAultrasonic:Resosolv with H file and ultrasonic instrument.GroupⅡincludes 4,6,8,24 and 48 h after the Resosolv was put into the canals.Group B4,B6,B8,B24,B48 used resosolv with H files.Group Bultrasonic used resosolv with H files and ultrasonic instrument.The ability and efficiency were evaluated by the time and the quantity of solvent to remove the resinified teeth and the debris of resinified materials on canal wall when reaching working length.Results:All resinified canals was reopened and the results of GroupⅠwas similar to that of GroupⅡ,but the time and the quantity used in GroupⅠwas significantly more than that of GroupⅡ(except Group B4)(P〈0.05).The method of ultrasonic instrument was more effective in removing resinified debris than that of non-ultrasonic instrument.There was no difference among Group Ⅱ(except Group B4)in the time and the quantity of resosolv(P〉0.05).Group B6ultrasonic and B8ultrasonic was the best in all of the groups.Conclusion:Group B6ultrasonic and B8ultrasonic are most effective methods to remove the resinified teeth in all of the groups.
