摘要
目的:观察重组人生长激素和雌激素对去势大鼠血钙、血磷含量变化及下颌骨骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法:给去势大鼠注射重组人生长激素和雌激素,4周和8周后测量血清中钙、磷含量的变化及下颌骨骨密度。结果:卵巢切除后,大鼠血钙水平下降,血磷水平升高,下颌骨BMD降低。用药后血清钙浓度升高,血磷水平下降,除了sham-OVX组与OVX组差异有统计学意义外(P<0.05),其余各用药组之间差异没有统计学意义;用药后下颌骨BMD增加,sham-OVX组和用药组下颌骨BMD均显著高于OVX组,但各用药组之间BMD无显著差异。结论:骨质疏松大鼠血钙水平下降,血磷水平升高,药物治疗后由于大鼠自身代偿能力血钙血磷水平变化不明显。骨质疏松大鼠经药物治疗后下颌骨BMD显著增加,但联合用药效果并不优于单一用药,可能与联合用药药物剂量搭配、用药途径及测量方法的精密程度有关。
Objective:To study effects of recombined human growth hormone(rh-GH)and estrogen 2(E2)on serum calcium and phosphorus in blood serum and bone density of mandible(BMD)in ovariectomized rats.Methods:51 ovariectomized rats were injected with rh-GH,E2,rh-GH combined with E2 and normal saline(OVX group)respectively(n=10).11 mice was used as sham-OVX controls.5 mice in each group were sacrificed 4 and 8 weeks after treatment respectively for the measurments of calcium and phosphorus in blood serum and BMD.Results:After ovariectomy,the serum calcium was decreasing,phosphorus was increasing and BMD was decreasing.After treatment,serum calcium was increasing and phosphorus was decreasing,but there was no significant difference between OVX group and other treatment groups;After treatment,mandible BMD was increasing,there was significant difference between OVX group and other four groups.The three treated groups had no significant difference in blood calcium and phosphorus and BMD.Conclusion:Serum calcium may decrease and phosphorus may increase after ovariectomy in rats,rh-GH,E2 or rh-GH combined with E2 may have similar effects on serum calcium and phosphorus levels and BMD.
