摘要
在电场作用下,通过聚醋酸乙烯乳液(PVAc)胶合杨木单板的对比试验,初步探索了电场对胶合的影响。结果表明:①电场强度对胶合强度有极显著的影响;②在涂胶量不同,其他工艺条件相同的情况下,达到理想胶合强度的垫板间电势差是不同的。单板含水率为120%,PVAc的固含量17%,粘度60Pa·s(20℃),在室温(17~24℃)下加压(045~085MPa)3h,当涂胶量为120g·m-2和185g·m-2时,达到理想胶合强度的垫板间电势差分别为40~60V和30V左右。
By means of the
contrast tests of PVAc bonding to aspen veneer in the electric field,the influence of
electric field to woodbonding was preliminarily explored.The results showed that the
adhesive strength was sigificantly affacted in intensive electricity.The good adhesive
srtengths potential difference of backing plats was distinct in different glue weight
technology.For example,120% moisture content of the fast poplar veneer ,PVAc with 17%
solids content, 60 Pas viscosity at 20,and coldpressed(045085 MPa) to the veneer at
room temperature(1724) for 3 hours,as the single spread 120 gm-2 or 185 gm-2,the
good adhesive strengths potential difference of backing plates was 4060V or around 30
V.
