摘要
以甲醛和尿素为主要原料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为改性剂,合成了一种毒性较小、强度较高、施工方便且不污染环境的改性脲醛树脂堵剂。确定了最佳合成条件:甲醛与尿素摩尔比为1.6:1,PVA加量0.8%,尿素分3批加入,第2批加入前pH值为5.5,第3批加入前pH值为6.0~6.5,加成阶段反应温度70℃,缩聚阶段反应温度85~90℃。改性脲醛树脂使用温度为25~70℃,具有较低的初始表观粘度,具有较好的抗盐、碱、酸性和耐水、油性。
A modified urea formaldehyde resin plugging agent with low toxicity and high intensity was prepared in lab with formaldehyde and urea as main materials, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as modifier. The optimal synthetic condition was determined as follows : tool ratio of formaldehyde to urea 1.6 : 1, adding amount of PVA 0.8 %, temperature in addition reaction step 70℃, temperature in polycondensation step 85 -90 ℃, adding urea in three batches. The application temperature of the resin was 25 - 75℃. It had low initial apparent viscosity, good anti - salt, anti - base, anti- acid performances and good water- , oil- resistance.
