摘要 平山病（Hirayama Disease，HD）又称青少年上肢远端肌萎缩症（juvenile muscular atrophy of distal upper extremity），日本学者平山惠造于1959年首先报道，是一种原因不明，主要导致上肢远端肌萎缩的神经系统疾病。本病少见，
