摘要 目的:通过拓展和延伸传统的PACS,实现网络集中打印的功能。设计和方法:医师在诊断工作站上进行关键图像的虚拟排版,并将结果上传至PACS服务器,集中打印工作站下载该些影像信息,并分别发送至胶片打印机、激光打印机和DVD刻录机,最终完成全部信息的集中打印任务。结果:网络集中打印系统在本院已完成测试,运行效果良好,很好的完成了全部图像的DVD光盘刻录、关键图像的胶片打印和诊断报告的打印工作。结论:集中打印系统的实现赋予了PACS新的功能和概念,在方便患者的同时,提高了科室的工作效率和效益。 Purpose To achieve the function of centralized printing by expanding and extending traditional PACS.Materials and Method The radiologists typeset the virtual layout of key images on the diagnostic station and send it to the server of PACS.The imaging information was downloaded to the printing station and sent to the film printers,laser printers and DVD recorders.At last the task of centralized printing was completed excellently.Results The centralized printing system has been tested and ran well in our hospital.It fulfilled the task of DVD recording,the film printing of key images and diagnostic report printing.Conclusion Implementation of centralized printing system assigned traditional PACS new function and concept,facilitated the patients and improved the efficiency and economic interests of radiology department.
