血糖波动与氧化应激 被引量:10

摘要 传统观点认为糖尿病并发症由晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)、多元醇通路、蛋白激酶c(PKC)、己糖胺途径激活所致,而Brownlee证明线粒体活性氧簇(ROS)生成过多可能是糖尿病并发症发生的共同机制。良好的血糖控制是延缓或阻止糖尿病慢性并发症发生发展的重要措施,糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)是反映长期血糖控制的金标准。然而糖尿病控制与并发症试验(DDCT)表明,即使HbAlC水平相同,并发症发生的风险也不相同。基于这一结果的推测是,
