晚期糖基化终产物及其受体在糖尿病周围神经病变中的作用 被引量:11

摘要 该文概述了晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)及其受体在周围神经组织中的表达与分布及其在糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)中的作用。AGEs及其受体在DPN中的可能作用机制研究有望为开发预防、治疗DPN的新药提供理论基础。
