进一步提高动态血糖监测的临床应用水平 被引量:6

摘要 动态血糖监测近年来已逐渐应用到临床科研和糖尿病的防治工作中,使人们对血糖波动规律的认识提高到一个新水平,同时帮助糖尿病患者调整和制定合理的降糖治疗方案,使血糖管理更为科学。但这一技术的临床优势、适应证、监测数据的准确性评判、监测结果的阐释及如何指导临床实践尚未为广大临床医师熟识。2009年12月,中华医学会糖尿病学分会制定并发布了我国首个《动态血糖监测临床应用指南》,
