摘要
目的：探讨老年高血压病患者24h动态血压波动规律及范围。方法选择我院近2年收治的65例老年高血压患者进行24h动态血压监测。结果老年高血压病患者的血压均值收缩压（sBP）和舒张压（DBP）各时间点上的平均SBP与DBP均高于正常老年人组。结论：通过对老年高血压患者在治疗中定期进行动态血压监测，及时发现具有潜在危险的老年高血压病患者，对指导临床治疗和判断预后有着十分重要的意义。
Objective ：24h elderly patients with hypertension and blood pressure fluctuation range. Methods：2 years admitted to our hospital 65 eases of elderly patients with hypertension 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients mean systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） at each time point, the average SBP and DBP were higher than normal elderly group, Conclusion ： on the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients in regular ambulatory blood pressure monitoring to detect potentially dangerous in elderly hypertensive patients for clinical treatment and prognosis of great significance.
