摘要
对陕西关中小麦品种光合特性的研究表明,在关中小麦品种改良过程中,叶面积系数基本保持恒定,旗叶光合强度由早期品种的21μmol/m2·s左右提高到目前推广品种的23μmol/m2·s左右,增幅为10%,生长速率与光合速率显著正相关,与叶面积系数相关不显著。3个现代矮秆品种群体光合强度的日变化测定结果表明,小麦品种群体光合强度受环境条件的影响较大,但品种间存在着明显的遗传差异,且造成品种间差异的生理机制因品种而异。
The photosynthesis characteristics of wheat cultivars grown in MidShaanxi area were studied. The results indicated that in wheat cultivars improvement, leaf area coefficient was nearly no changed and photosynthesis rate of flag leaf increased from about 21 mol/m2s of old cultivars to 23 mol/m2s of current cultivars. Growth rate was significantly related with photosynthesis rate and was not significantly with leaf area coefficient. The result determining the day change of population photosynthesis rate in 3 cultivars suggested that population photosynthesis rate was mainly affected by environmental condition but there were obvious genetic differences between cultivars.The physiological reasons leading differences were different between cultivars.\;
