摘要
以华北地区自50年代开始至今各年代大面积推广的19个代表性冬小麦栽培品种为材料,对其春生第1,3,5,6叶的叶片细胞形态进行了系统观察。主要结果表明,随品种由远及近的更替顺序,同一叶位叶片叶肉细胞中多环细胞的频率逐渐提高,叶肉细胞变小,旗叶叶肉厚度增加,叶肉细胞层数增加。这表明,随品种更替,叶片细胞的形态和组成有逐渐复杂化的趋势,而这种变化可能是和光合能力的提高有关的。
The observation of cell morphology of the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th leaf blades emerged in spring was carried out, using field-grown wheat plants of 19 winter wheat cultivars, which wer the representatives of cultivars cultivated extensively in North China from early 1950' S to 1990'S. The main results were that: with the order from early to late in cultivar succession,the percentage of mesophyll cells with more links in the same leaf position on the main stem increased; the size of mesophyll cells became smaller; the thickness of mesophyll tissues and the layers of mesophyll cells in flag leaves increased. These results indicated that, with the evolutionary succession of cultivars, the morphology and composition of leaf blade cells had the tendency of becoming complex; maybe this tendency is correlated to the increase of photosynthetic abilities.
