摘要
目的评价氟比洛芬酯用于妇科腹腔镜手术术后镇痛的安全性和有效性。方法 60例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机均分两组。A组于麻醉诱导前10min静注氟比洛芬酯50mg,B组给生理盐水作为对照。用VAS疼痛评分评价术后4、8、12、24、48h镇痛效果,记录不良反应。在术前和术后第二天检测血小板计数和凝血指标。结果 A组VAS评分低于B组(P<0.01),咽喉疼痛、恶心呕吐、头晕等不良反应的发生率明显低于B组(P<0.01)。A组血小板计数和APTT较术前减少和延长(P<0.05),但均在正常范围。结论腹腔镜手术前静脉使用氟比洛芬酯50mg能有效缓解全麻术后疼痛和咽喉部疼痛,无明显不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil for postoperative analgesia after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods Sixty patients were randomized to two groups with 30 cases each.The patients in group A received 50mg of flurbiprofen axetil 10min prior to anesthesia induction and those in group B were given normal saline as the controls.Analgesia was scored by VAS at 4,8,12,24 and 48h after surgery.Platelet count and blood coagulation were tested one day before and on the second day after operation.Results VAS scores were lower in group A than those in group B（P0.01）.The incidences of sore throat,nausea and vomiting and dizziness were less in group A than those in group B（P0.01）.Activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）was prolonged on the second day after operation,but stil in normal limits.Conclusion Preoperative use of flurbiprofen axetil 50mg injected before operation can effectively alleviate throat sore and surgical pain in patients underwent gynecological laparoscopy under general anesthesia.
