摘要
自1996年以来,利用现有山场的马尾松幼林作为穗条来源,采取人工间歇喷雾管理法进行马尾松全光扦插育苗。结果表明:经生长调节剂处理的穗条平均成苗率是清水处理的1.5~2.1倍;半木质化穗条的成苗效果好于尚未木质化的;3~5年生幼林可做为穗条来源。对22个高产脂家系和6个速生无性系单株的扦插育苗,成苗率分别为37.8%~77.5%和5.9%~92.7%,从中选出14个高产脂家系和3个速生无性系单株的扦插苗上山造林,提高扦插成苗的遗传增益。
The results indicate that the average plant percent of cuttings treated by the growth regulator is 1521 times that of cuttings treated by the clear water;the plant establishment effect of half lignified cuttings is better than that of unlignified cuttings;and the young forest at the age of 3 to 5 may be as the cutting source.Meanwhile the plant percent of the cutting plant culture of 22 families with high resin yield and 6 fast-growing asexual individuals is 378975% and 59927%,respectively.From them the cutting plants of 14 families and 3 fast-growing asexual individuals are selected to plant on the mountain to raise the genetic gains of cutting plants.
