摘要
通过对乐东拟单性木兰扦插穗条选择、母树年龄、生根促进剂应用及扦插基质等方面开展试验研究,结果表明:乐东拟单性木兰穗条的木质化程度与扦插成活密切相关,半木质化春梢的扦插成苗效果最好,生根率达到70%,而且生根时间也相对较早;采自不同年龄母树的穗条生根率差异显著,随母树年龄的增加,穗条生根率呈下降趋势,以2年生母树的穗条扦插效果最好,生根率为56.2%,乐东拟单性木兰扦插母树年龄应控制在5 a以内;扦插基质以黄心土扦插效果最好,考虑到黄心土过于黏稠,容易积水造成插穗基部腐烂,在生产上可采用黄心土与河砂混合基质(黄心土2∶河砂1);应用生根促进剂能有效促进穗条愈合生根和增加根的数量,其中ABT1号生根粉和吲哚丁酸对扦插生根效果都比较理想,低浓度(100 mg.L-1)、较短时间(0.5 h)浸泡穗条能达到比较好的生根效果。
The experiments were studied on the strip cultivating technology, strip choosing technology as well as the cutting technology of Parakmeria Lotungensis. The results indicate that lignification degree of the strip correlate with the rooting rate, the half-lignification spring-flush is the best cutting strip and the rooting rate reach to 70% ; the age of mother-tree should be in 5 years because of the age effect, the highest rooting rate(56.2% ) is showed by 2-year-old mother tree; the sandy soil for cutting is economically and suitable, the proportion of soil and river sand was 2:1 ;using root-inducing egulator can effectively accelerate the speed of rooting and increase the amount of root, ABT1 and IBA with the low density ( 100 mg · L^-1) and short-time (0.5 h) soaking for the strip can also achieve the best effect for rooting.
