摘要
目的比较阿立派唑与利培酮治疗男性精神分裂症的不良反应。方法将60例男性精神分裂症患者随机分组,分别给阿立派唑和利培酮治疗8周,采用TESS(不良反应症状量表)于治疗第2、4、6、8周末评估不良反应,同时在治疗前后分别测定血清催乳素水平,并了解患者性功能的变化。结果二组不良反应总评分无显著性差异,但阿立派唑较少引起椎体外系反应(EPS)和性功能障碍,其血清催乳素水平明显低于利培酮组。结论阿立派唑不良反应轻,较少引起性功能障碍。
Objective To compare adverse events of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of male Schizophrenic.Methods 60 male Schizophrenic were randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks.One group was treated with Aripiprazole,another with Risperidone.Side effects were evaluated with treaments emergant symptom scale before and after 2、4、6、8 week＇s treatment respectively.At the same time,the serum prolaction levels were examined,and chang of sexual function were observed before and afrer 8 weeks.Results There was no significant difference in the TESS score,but Aripiprazole group showed lower scores in extra-pyramidal symptoms,prolaction level and sexual function change.Conclusions Aripiprazole is effective drug,with slight side effects,it is beneficial for the harmony of sexual relation,so it can be as better choice for the male patients with Schizophrenia.
