摘要
本文结合TEC的工作特性,以TIP122型大功率三极管为核心设计了TEC器件的恒流驱动电路,最后对TEC器件的工作特性进行了测试与分析。
Combined with the work features of TEC, TEC device constant current drive circuit is designed with high-power transistor TIPI22 as core, finally, work characteristics of TEC devices are tested and analyzed.
