摘要
本文对一台便携式热电冰箱建立了三维计算模型,用CFD软件PHOENICS对稳定状态下热电冰箱内的温度场和流场分布进行了数值计算。通过试验验证了所建立计算模型的正确性。在上述热电冰箱模型的基础上,进一步分析辐射、铝内胆厚度和热电制冷器冷端放置位置等不同因素对计算模型的影响。针对热电冰箱内温度分布很不均匀以及降温速度慢的问题。对冰箱结构提出了改进。
This paper establishes the three-dimension calculating model for air flow and heat transfer inside a convenient thermoelectric refrigerator. In stable state, air temperature field and flow field inside the thermoelectric refrigerator are calculated by using a CFD software PHEONICS. According to the contrast of calculating results, the test proves correctness of the calculating models. Furthermore, this paper presents how the radiation, the thickness of aluminous lumen and the position of thermoelectric cooler affect temperature field and flow field inside refrigerator. Some deficiencies of refrigerator structure are discovered and the betterments are given to solve the inequality of temperature field and slowness of stable time.
