摘要
本文介绍了电力需求侧管理的概念、技术手段,分析了国外电力需求侧管理可借鉴的经验,阐述了我国实施电力需求侧管理取得的成绩,并给出了实施意见和建议。
The paper introduces the concept and technical means of power demand side management and analyzes the foreign experience of power demand side management and introduces the results we have achieved after China＇s implementation of power demand side management and the implementation suggestion and ideas are proposed.
