摘要
电力供需失衡首先表现在电力供应紧张,需求得不到满足,其已成为制约部分发达地区经济和社会发展的不利因素,因而需提出有针对性的解决方案。以温州电网为个案,围绕温州地区电力供求现状及发展趋势,介绍了当前电力需求侧管理的主要手段、效果及存在的问题,并就建立电力需求侧管理的机制、构建电力需求侧管理策略体系等内容作初步探讨。
The first display about the unbalanced power supply and demand is supplying intensely and the power demand can not be satisfied. It has become a disadvautage factor which restricts econsmic and social development in some developed regions. So the plan about how to solve the contradictory between power supply and demand is applied. The paper takes Wenzhou power network as an example, revolving Wenzhou power network present situation and its development tendency, and introduces the main method, effect and exsit problems of demand side management. The paper aslo gives a preliminary discussion on establishing power demand side management mechanism and constructing demand side management strategy system.
