摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校提高学生实践技能的重要途径,是实现"零距离"就业的必经环节,做好学校与企业的有效沟通,建立健全顶岗实习期间的预备党员考察机制,对促进顶岗实习环节教育教学工作,加强预备党员教育与管理,保持我党纯洁性、先进性,确保党员队伍质量具有重要作用。
Post practice is the main approach to improving students＇ practical competence in higher vocational school and the necessary step of realizing the ＂zero distance＂ employment. The effective communication of school and enterprise and the assessment system of probationary Party member during post practice can promote education and teaching during post practice, reinforce education and management of probationary Party member, keep the party purity and advancement, and insure the quality of Party.
