摘要
房产是依附于土地上的各种建筑物、构筑物,与地产一同构成不动产的主要部分。房产登记又称房产权属登记,是指法定行政机根据相对人的申请,就其对房产的权利享有状态进行审核并对该种实记载于房产登记薄册的行为。由于历史原因及理论研究状况的影响,我国的房产登记制度及其研究均有待加强。本文紧密结合实际,根据笔者在房产登记工作中遇到的问题,对房产登记制度作了初步的研究。
The property is attached to land all buildings, structures, real estate and property together constitute the main part. Registration, also known as real estate property ownership registration, is a statutory administrative machine according to the relative＇s application, the right to enjoy their property and the kind of review the state of real estate recorded in the register books of behavior. Due to historical reasons and theoretical studies of the impaet of the situation, China＇s real estate registration system and the studies need to be strengthened. This elose conneetion with reality, according to the writer in the real estate registration problems encountered on the property registration system was a preliminary study.
