摘要
目的探讨影响拔牙术后疼痛的心理相关因素。方法对300例下颌阻生智齿拔除术患者进行相关量表评定,就疼痛与创伤大小、焦虑情绪、人格特点及牙科畏惧症的关系进行相关性分析。结果焦虑、躯体化、神经质、创伤程度与拔牙术后疼痛呈正相关。结论拔牙术后疼痛与人格特点和心理因素关系密切。
Objective To investigate the factors related to the pain after extractoin.Methods 300 patients with mandibular third molar surgery were assessed.The correlation between pain and the relative factors including the size of the trauma,anxiety,personality,dental fear was analyzed.Results Postoperative pain was positively correlated with trauma,anxiety,somatization,neuroticism.Conclusion The psychological factors and personality of the patients are closely related to postoperative pain.
