摘要
通过测定二花脸和大约克猪及其Ｆ１、Ｆ２代杂种猪输卵管冲洗液中葡萄糖含量和碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）活性，以探讨与排卵数和妊娠胎儿数间的关系。结果表明：大约克猪输卵管冲洗液中葡萄糖含量高于二花脸猪及其Ｆ１、Ｆ２代猪。而排卵数和妊娠胎儿数均低于二花脸猪及其Ｆ１、Ｆ２。它们间ＡＫＰ活性差异不显著。
The relationships between glucose content & AKP activity in the flushing from oviduct and ovulation rate & number of foetus were studied in Erhualian,Large white and their F1 and F2.The results showed that glucose content in the oviduct flushing of Large white pigs was higher,but ovulation rate and number of foetus were lower than those of Erhualian.AKP activity was not different between Erhualian,Large white and their F1 and F2.
